Refund and Returns Policy

At GALART, we take pride in offering high-quality natural crystal products, home décor, and gifts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ The return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.
✅ The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
✅ Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is provided.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Crystals with natural imperfections (as each crystal is unique and variations are expected).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. To start a return, please follow these steps:
    Contact our support team at [insert email/contact details] with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions on where to ship the item.
  3. Securely pack the item and send it back using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval:
✔ Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days.
❌ Rejected Returns: If the item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you and return the item at your expense.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within same days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 6 hours after placement.
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, changes and cancellations are not possible.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time: Check your bank account.
  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
